What you will be doing

Our cutting-edge platform, SynaptiQ, is engineered to enable our clients to manage and optimize their solar energy assets. As we expand, we are on the lookout for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands a blend of engineering and IT expertise, with a commercial mindset and excellent communication skills.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Project Management
    • Mapping of the contractual agreement
    • Preparing of a project planning
    • Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure planning is adhered to

  2. Client Onboarding:
    • Collaborate with new clients to comprehend their unique needs, creating an ideal infrastructure for their seamless onboarding onto the SynaptiQ platform.
    • Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to guarantee a successful onboarding process.
    • Offer technical support throughout the onboarding process, addressing any troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct comprehensive training for clients to ensure proficient use of the SynaptiQ platform.
    • Continually refine the onboarding process and establish best practices.

  3. Technical Integration:
    • Execute the technical integration of the client's renewable energy plant with our SaaS platform, using high-level engineering plans.
    • Facilitate successful integration with client systems, including mapping of data to solar energy plants, identifying any data discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve any data acquisition issues in their renewable energy plant, providing engineering solutions as required.

  4. Platform Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure and customize the SynaptiQ platform to meet individual client requirements and specific renewable energy plant monitoring needs.

  5. Collaboration and Feedback:
    • Work in tandem with the development team to provide feedback and suggestions for platform improvements and new feature development.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the onboarding process and technical support for the SaaS platform.
    • Develop user guides and training materials for clients.

  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and technical support for clients.
    • Communicate valuable feedback to the product development team for potential improvements to the SaaS platform.

Our ideal candidate

To successfully fill this role, we are looking for someone with following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a role such as Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager, ideally within a high-growth environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages, such as Dutch or French, is a bonus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the EU without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Project management experience/skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multinational customers and a strong understanding of the business landscape.
  • Exceptional technical and analytical abilities, with a focus on achieving customer success.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance hands-on work with strategic projects.
  • A proactive "get things done" mentality.
  • Experience in the solar and/or wind industry is a plus.
