It provides consultancy and software to improve performance of renewable energy systems, to reduce energy consumption and to facilitate grid and market interaction. 3E’s expertise covers solar energy, wind energy, sustainable buildings and sites optimisation, power infrastructure and energy markets.

3E’s clients include renewable energy project developers and investors, real estate developers, energy utilities, architects, technology manufacturers, maintenance companies and public authorities.

Function

3E developed disruptive AI software (http://www.3e.eu/synaptiq-building/) that reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions in office buildings up to 40%. When deployed over large volumes of buildings, SynaptiQ will have an important impact on realizing climate change ambitions.

To grow this venture, we are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in (office) real estate for the Dutch market. Key aspects of your role will be:

  • To do business development in the Netherlands;
  • To create a high number of leads and closely follow-up on opportunities (proposal writing, commercial negotiations, etc.);
  • To act as account manager and commercial SPOC for a number of dedicated key accounts, closely collaborating with the technical team;
  • Organise meetings and workshops with key stakeholders (facility managers, O&M companies, real estate consultants) to collect feedback on our product and market approach.

Profile

  • You are a hunter. You are driven by making deals with customers;
  • You have a creative mind that is able to find solutions which convince customers and stakeholders;
  • You are perseverant, you make things happen;
  • You are able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • You have a broad network in real estate in the Netherlands;
  • Affinity with comfort and energy in buildings and HVAC systems is a plus;
  • A flexible mind-set and start-up mentality;
  • Native Dutch. Professional proficiency in English.
  • You will be travelling frequently to our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium

Location

3E does not have an office building in the Netherlands. You are expected to work from one of the major real estate centres in the Netherlands (preferably Amsterdam or Rotterdam)
