To grow this venture, we are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in (office) real estate for the Belgian market. Key aspects of your role will be:

  • To do business development in Belgium (our home market);
  • To create a high number of leads and closely follow-up on opportunities (proposal writing, commercial negotiations, etc.)
  • To act as account manager and commercial SPOC for a number of dedicated key accounts, closely collaborating with the technical team;
  • Organise meetings and workshops with key stakeholders (facility managers, O&M companies, real estate consultants) to collect feedback on our product and market approach.


  • You are a hunter. You are driven by making deals with customers;
  • You have a creative mind that is able to find solutions which convince customers and stakeholders;
  • You are perseverant, you make things happen;
  • You are able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • You have a network in real estate in Belgium, a network and/or experience in France or the Netherlands is a plus;
  • Affinity with energy in buildings and HVAC systems is a plus;
  • A flexible mind-set and start-up mentality;
  • Bilingual professional proficiency Dutch/French. Professional proficiency in English.
